Installing unsigned software

How can I install the following software (see pic). None of the buttons gives me an option to continue!

Did you enable Gatekeeper and forget you did so?

I dont recall enabling anything as Gatekeeper, which I thought was in Mountain Lion only. I am logged in as an admin user.
Usually one should get an option to continue by entering the pwd, but no such thing here and both options prevent me from installing.

I installed that on 10.7.3 with no warning whatsoever. Have you installed something that throws warnings like that?

BTW, I think Gatekeeper can be enabled in 10.7.3. But I'd assume you'd know if you did that.
