Installing windows 10 to my external thunderbold drive on imac5k

hi I have installed on my rimac windows 8.1 bootable on my external tb ssd drive and I forgot how I did that. I need now to erase and to fresh install win10. Can somebody remind me how to do it? I tried to upgrade from the ISO that I have but can't be done. How to make fresh install?
