Installing Windows 7 on 2010 MBA via a 1TB External HDD possible?

Is this possible? How would I go about doing this? I've been searching for hours and I can only find guides on how to do it with a USB drive which I don't have.

I install games that I converted from my DVD into an img on my external. Get software like Alcohol 52% and mount the image as if it were a DVD and install.

Not sure if that works with installing Windows in the first place though.

Not possible since there is no Mac version of Alcohol 52%.

Bump. Anyone have any suggestions? Again, I do not have a USB flash drive that I can plug in, but I do have an external HDD.

Sorry, all I know is the new MBAs with BootCamp 4.0 using the USB key. They've made the process so simple, I'd suggest buying a USB key. Those things come in handy and are cheap. You only need a 4GB stick.
