Installing Windows 7 on 2015 riMac, BC assistant only supports 8+

I have the latest 27" riMac and planned to install my copy of Windows 7. The bootcamp assistant in El Capitan, to my surprise, only supports Win 8 or later. Is there any way to install and run Win 7 without issues? Thanks!
