Installing Windows 7 on a Mac Mini 3,1

I wanted to install Windows 7 on the Bootcamp of a Mac Mini 3,1. Specs are currently 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo and 2 GB RAM. I might upgrade the memory to 4 GB. Should I get the 32 bit version of Windows 7 or the 64 bit? How will it run? Thanks.

32 bit is ok. 64 bit is only if you're working with very large data sets
