Installing Windows 7 on second hdd and home folder

Ok here what I would like to do:
Mac Mini 2011
First SSD: 120Gb SSD SATA III running Lion and apps (one partition)
Second Hdd: 750Gb HDD SATA II 7200rpm running windows and "home folder"(two partitions)

Boot screen should be: Lion - Windows - Recovery HD

How to do it using bootcamp?

If it's the same as with my MP installing anothe OS on a different internal drive doesn't require Bootcamp. You just install Windows to the other disk. After the installation the bootcamp exe file installs Apple's hardware drivers.

How all that is supposed to work without install discs is a mystery to me.
