Installing Windows 7 Pro (32bit) on my 13" MBP & NTFS hard drive?

I was installing Windows 7 Pro 32bit in my 13" MBP and was going thru the Bootcamp process, put in the Windows 7 disk, then it asked me where I wanted to install Windows. But it wouldn't let me chose the Bootcamp partition since it wasn't NTFS.

What/How do I need to do to get this to work?

Now I'm new to Mac's so be gentle!
