So i did some research and if i read it right i need to put my HDD back in HD bay and optical bay back in. partition HDD into what ever i want. install windows and OSX. then reinstall HDD back in opitcal bay re format OSX partition and reinstall SSD? i may be missing a few steps but this is basicly it?

I have not done it myself, but I would think it would suffice to let the HDD and SSD be where they are and just install Mac OS X onto the HDD (even when HDD is located in the optibay), run Boot Camp Assistant and install Windows onto the second partition of the HDD, boot into Mac OS X again and either use CarbonCopyCloner or SuperDuper! to clone the contents of the Mac OS X partition on the HDD to the SSD.

thats not really the issue here. the issue is Boot camp NEEDS a superdrive installed. and it cant be external either.
