I wanted to install .deb files directly without iFile or SSH, I opened ifunbox it tells me my iPhone is Jailed, I installed afc2add and the problem still exists.. any soultions....!!

did the installation of afc2add go through successfully? Any weird errors during installation?

Make sure you have rebooted the device after installing afc2add
 
it doesn't
still gives me Jailed

at this point, I'd say just do a clean restore, rejailbreak, and then before you install anything else, install afc2add and see if it works now

or maybe just uninstall mobilesubstrate (along with the tweaks) and test if ifunbox can read your rootfiles
 
i solved this
problem was in afc2add file
i reinstalled from inasnelyi repo
and it worked like a charm

that's strange. mirrored ones should be the exact same as the original (assuming the 3rd party repos don't tamper with the original)

but great that it worked out in the end
