Installing XP from a flash drive

Does anyone know of a proven way of setting up a flash drive to use to install XP on an Intel Mac? I have searched but can't find anything that works. It's more of an experiment than a need but thought i'd ask

I did it.

Although what I did was I moved my Virtual PC partition of Windows XP Professional (surprised that it was only 2GB) into Fusion 2.0.
