Can't you re-install them via the Boot Camp drivers located on the grey Restore DVD or the Snow Leopard Upgrade DVD or downloading the drivers from Nvidia?
Can you be more specific what Mac wand what GPU you have and what Windows version you have installed via Boot Camp (which I only assume though, guessing is my game)?
