Instant Messaging (im) With Phone Calling Capability

hi guys.

does anyone know of an IM software in which, you could conduct "phone calling"?

and if possible (i would rather say, it should) have this capability.

i mean with "phone calling", one should be able to communicate with voice and video.

as always any comment or suggestions are welcome.
