The Antec Notebook Cooler has a special instant rebate right now, so instead of $39.98, it is selling for $14.98 right now.
I'm not sure how long that will last but it seemed a good enough deal that I bought one. It draws too much energy from a USB port to plug it into a hub but it does have a passthrough so you should be able to use it with a low-powered device.
I'm using it with a 1.33 GHz 15.2 inch PowerBook and as a test, I ran folding@home and it dropped the CPU top and bottom by 2 degrees C, which is no small feat. Though the sound of the fans on high is noticeable, you can drop them to a much quieter low speed but I haven't tested to see the difference.
