I've noticed the "Refresh" tab has disappeared in the Explore area. I have tried deleting the icon on my iphone thinking this would reset it back to normal. After reinstalling the app Instragram again, it's still gone. any suggestions?

On February 5th, there was an update released for the Instagram application. "Bug fixes and performance improvements" for the "What's new" section in the update.
Guessing it was removed in that update. Hope this helped.
