iPhone Air instructed to pick up new iPhone at store. Only Apple changed their mind apparently!

of all the different ways, Apple has managed to screw things up in my world recently, I didn’t see this one coming, I should’ve known better! So like many, I ordered a new iPhone 17 air Apple Watch Ultra and AirPods three on pre-order day. I was directed to a store pick up only if I wanted to get these devices on the 19th. Very reluctantly, I decided to move forward with that plan as dictated by cooking company. I went through the process of placing my order was given a timeslot of 8 AM on the 19th. At no time over the last week did I receive an email or text indicating anything different. Foolishly, I did not do any checking this morning before I departed for my very inconvenient visit to the Apple Store. fortunately, my time slot was actually more or less on time I went in and gave my information to the clerk, and we discovered together that low and behold the only item at the store was my AirPod three, I went into my email and did a quick search and what do you know I had two email messages overnight congratulating me that my items were out to ship today! Another colossal F up say the least! Had I arrived there and not had anything at all the pick up, I would not have been a happy camper. I am so done getting treated like a beta piece of **** by this company and it’s greedy jump in charge Tim Cook! I think it’s really time Apple stop and take inventory of where they’re at in the world. They need to step back and start fixing all of their problems AI intelligence the ridiculous hoop, jumping order process to get a new product, but who am I kidding? They seem to be more successful with each time they screw us over. I was just curious if anyone else you got this happy surprise today.
