macOS Instruments?

Does anyone know which one of the many optional Leopard xcode install packages provides the useful looking Instruments tool for dtrace support?

It should be installed by default as far as I know. I don't remember having to select a second package to get it.

sorry, I should make myself clear. I don't wish to install xcode, but only the instruments app.

That is not possible as far as I know.
