(Insufficient) problem while buying Lion

I don't have a credit card connected to my itunes (or app store) account.
so I bought 10 bucks (15+15) with apple gift card and now my account has 30 dollars.
but when I'm trying to buy lion it says I dont have enough money (Insufficient).

I'm kinda new with all app store so it might be a stupid question and I apologize.

damn I didn't count taxes in when buying those gift cards...

Is there an option of transferring money? so my friend can send me few dollars to my account?

You may be able to "gift" Lion to your account. Apple also takes PayPal, if you have that.

no gifting apps in the mac appstore
