Insufficient storage message constantly...

Right I keep getting the insufficient storage message constantly and it genuinely seems from the storage screen there is nothing major in size... is it wise to reset completely my phone remove everything and start fresh from an iCloud backup?

I think if you just restore from an iCloud back up you'll run into this problem again pretty soon.

Do you have a lot of text messages?

like what was said above. if you have lots of texts with lots of pictures in them that might take up a lot of room. if you delete most of them and you're still having a problem you might have to wipe the phone and set it up as new and not from a backup

Messages should and would show up at the top of the list if it was using up lots of storage. It's definitely not that.

I'd plug into iTunes and see if you have a pesky "other" section eating up space.

What OS are you running?

Usually such bugs transfer with iTunes backups.
Icloud backups seem cleaner and less stressful.
I'd plug it to itunes and hit restore.
Then try the icloud backup to see if it goes away.
