Insurance for 5s

My greatest fear is losing the phone. Is there an insurance company that offers a reasonable policy? The insurance offered by AT&T seems prohibitive. I don't have a homeowner policy.

Pick up renters insurance. In my experience it is a better deal than insurance just for your phone.

My renters insurance will not cover a smartphone. Check with your carrier.

Insurance through my carrier covers my iPhone 5 for any damage. Even if I throw it in a river...

Well worth it considering the cost of replacing your phone vs a much cheaper deductible. Especially with an iPhone 5 or if you're getting the 5S.

There's too many restrictions plus a $200 deductible with the carrier insurance. Square Trade has usually had a good deal but they haven't announced the details for the 5s.
