iPad Pro Insurance gave me standard glass for nanotexture. Is that a different model entirely ? +$100 msrp

They saying all these crazy things like it is a screen protector? No it’s manufactured onto the iPad…

One phone rep even told me to scam warranty. “File warranty claim”

Like file a warranty claim on a standard glass to get a nanotexture? Huh? And the iPad isn’t even broken?

I even showed them Apple has different model numbers. Not just the a2183 thing but xxxxml/a. (Those were just dummy values)
