insurance, what do you have?

Hello,

I just bought my iPhone... and I live right in the middle of downtown atlanta (near a student campus no less)... I walk past homeless and shady people all the time.

So I need unconditional insurance that protects me from breaks and thefts... do you guys know of any or use any?
