I've had AppleCare+ and squaretrade, I prefer AppleCare plus because I just walk into the apple store and walk out with a new phone. With the square trade I had to pay for, submit a copy of the receipt get a check, deposit it, etc,etc... Neither are bad, appleCare is more convenient.
