Intel 28W 8-gen i7-8559U CPU laptops?

Hi,

I'm considering switching from MBPs and was wondering if there are any other laptops with the Intel 28W 8-gen i7-8559U CPU used in the latest MBP 13"?

I've seen quite a lot of direct analogues to MBP 15" - top 45W i7 or even i9, small envelope etc (e. g. Lenovo X1 Extreme/P1).

But most 13" I've seen unfortunately use 15W CPUs. Am I missing anything?
