Hi all. I've been reading some threads, and some people (cant quite remember exactly who said it) reported the 3rd party SSDs has given them a poorer result compared to Apple's Stock SSD (online configuration) under Mac OS X.
Should I be worried with Intel's 320 SSD Series? Has anyone tried it out?

short answer: no

longer answer:
The biggest problem with 3rd party SSDs is the compatibility. Especially SATA III SSDs, like the Intel 510 or C300 seem to have some problems with the current Macbook Pros.

However, I haven't seen any issues with the Intel 320 yet. I have one in my Macbook Pro and it runs perfectly fine.
