Krzanich dumping a very large pile of stock after the chip flaw issue had been revealed may have got the board looking for some reason, any reason... to jettison him due to growing mistrust of his leadership. There certainly may have been some concern about possible ongoing liability ensuing from whatever had motivated his stock sale at that time.

"Après moi le déluge" is never an attractive sentiment to anyone else left on board...

The timing of Kranich's stock dump is very fishy indeed..not a good move to inspire confidence..
