Intel design error - Does the current Macbook Pro (2010 model) has any impact?

Hi,

I am new to MAC and got a 2010 Macbook pro 15 inch with 2.4 Ghz core i5, 4GB RAM couple of month back. Does these MBP line has any effect with the design issues that Intel addressed?

No, since the fault is in chipsets that haven't been shipped in Macs yet. The current gen will not suffer from the same flaw.
