Intel Iris/Iris Pro uses 1GB of RAM

Under Mavericks, Intel's integrated GPUs seem to use 1GB of RAM now. It was only 512MB under Mountain Lion.

People should definitely be aware of this. I feel bad for the people that will walk into the Apple store to buy the 4GB RAM model, and then be disappointed later on.

8GB RAM is the minimum these days. Plus you're working with a high-resolution screen.

It's up to 1GB, since Mavericks has dynamic vram allocation.
