Greeting folks, I just joined. I’m hoping someone has a solution as I’ve tried a lot. I have a 2018 Mac mini which I took in to Micro Center because it was not booting, just cycling from the Apple logo to a status bar of about 1/3 and then starts all over. It’s got 32GB of non-apple ram (Crucial). One stick went bad and Micro Center pulled that and said that it still might not boot, but they did identify the bad stick. I’ve tried (with the new configuration) control R got to the Internet when it searches the volumes. It comes back and says there are no profiles on th this volume to recover. It then shows backwards arrow and a forward arrow each saying restart. That just takes me back into the boot cycle, which never completes. Any ideas? I guess I need to try and make a bootable USB? Thanks in advance for any thoughts here.
