Intel modem for x (GSM)

Has it been confirmed that the x will use the current one that’s in the 7/8?

I hoping that the x is using the updated version?

Or is it because there are two model numbers , I’m SOL?

Updated Intel modems from previous. This year, it may use Intel gigabit modem.
