Intel SSD from eBay

I'm thinking about buying an Intel 80GB.

Firstly, is the following model number the latest generation (G2 I belive)?

SSDSA2MH080G2C1

Secondly, is there anything that could be wrong with these drives being sold on eBay? Like could they be more prone to failure etc?
