Intel SSD Question for 2010 13" MBP

Ok, so trying to find out if this would work well in a 2010 MBP 13" only because I do not want to spend a ton of $ on a bigger drive, and I do not know anything about the new Intel 320's. I do not want to wrestle with updating firmware and losing all my data, so far this is the good thing I have heard about intel SSD's in Macs.

Get the 320! Maybe not the fastest but probably most reliable

Here is a good review of the drive wherein the improvements from it's predecessor the X25-M are explained.

As Mobius mentioned, the X25-M has been very reliable also.

An upside to the Intel drives is they provide a boot CDRom ISO you can use to do firmware updates on a Mac. Something other vendors like OWC do not provide.
