Intel X-25M bootcamp issue

Installed the Intel X-25m in my MBP 2.53. Performance is good.

Boot time is still in the 20 to 30 second range. Apps pop. However the bootcamp issue is really lame.

Anyone know if Intel / Apple has made any progress on fixing this?
