Intel x25M boot issues...

I just installed the intel x25m 80GB last week and noticed sometimes when I boot it would fail at the apple logo. The spinner wheel would go on forever then the apple logo would turn into a crossed out circle; I would then need to hold the power button to reboot, then it would boot fine...

Anyone know if its an incompatibility issue?
