In System Settings/General/Storage Mac OS is taking up 22.14 GB of hard drive space. Clicking the i button next to Mac OS says Intelligence is taking up 5.8 GB of space. That is after installing the 15.2 release candidate beta, shutting down, then starting up in Safe Mode. Before doing that Intelligence took up 10.8 GB! On my M2 Mac mini Mac OS is taking up 21.97 GB and Intelligence is taking up 5.12 GB of space. Intelligence is hopefully going to be good one day. Right now it's so so but, bloating the system. We all have large SSDs now though right? It's crazy when I think back to my Mac SE having something like a 20 MB hard drive.

5.8GB! 10.8GB! time for a class-action lawsuit.... 🤔

EDIT: ok, that's a bit rude. but if that's what's needed, then that's what's needed. so not sure what the issue is...
