iPhone IntelliscreenX freezing/crashing when waking phone

I have ISX with the shade pulled down on the lockscreen. With some regularity, when I wake the phone, the screen freezes. For example, I've got the stock widget and it just completely stops. It then stays frozen for a minute or two before finally respringing. I've tried removing and reinstalling ISX twice now.

Anybody have anything like this or any ideas on what to do? Thanks in advance.
 
I'm having close to what you're having. It's acting strange as well as the widgets acting strange (dissappearing).

They really need to get into this.
 
I've been getting this exact same problem.

I initially thought it was related to "libstatusbar" as I had a few issue with it since that was updated, however libstatusbar has now had a further 2 updates and I'm still finding my phone to freeze on the lock screen.

I've already tried removing and reinstalling both IntelliscreenX as well as Libstatusbar to no avail.

IntelliScreenX is crashing - please help!

We have done extensive testing with IntelliScreenX - however, because the jailbreak community works in shared processes, conflicts with other applications may occur.

We kindly ask you remove all other extensions for MobileSubstrate and only install IntelliScreenX to troubleshoot. If it crashes, we'd love a crash report and are VERY committed to fixing any crashes immediately.

If the problem occurs after installing another library, we will work with the developer of the other product to help resolve how to fix it.

We greatly appreciate your patience on helping resolve issues as they arise!

Known Conflicts

Currently, there is one known crash conflict, which is Barrel. Currently - the work around is to disable "Experimental FolderEnhancer Fix" in Barrel Settings under Preferences.


Now I use folder enhancer on my phone so to test I've disabled that and will see if I still get the issue. Will report back if it does.
 
Add-ons are most certainly the culprit. You mentioned the stock widget.

I tried installing the AppCenter add-on for notification center and when I tried to enable it via ISX, it would crash it.
 
Okay, after testing with folder enhancer disabled, it made no difference at all.

Froze within minutes of me using the phone this morning.

I don't have ncsettings installed, any other suggestions?
 
Had another update for Libstatusbar but still not fixed the problem. Phone froze on the lock screen again.
 
Mine actually resolved itself after the update before last.

Not had any freezing for a few days now

Although I did remove "Forecast" so not sure if that helped.
 
Same thing was happening to me but I had Springtomize and WeeKillBackground installed. I wiped my phone clean and reinstalled ISX and I'm having the same thing happen - 1 out of every 10 times that I wake my phone it goes into a freeze mode for about a minute and then reboots.

I reached out to Intelliborn via Twitter and they said that they weren't hearing of any issues... I guess this thread begs to differ.
 
Told Intelliborn via Twitter and Email, but only standart responses: uninstall mobile Substrate...
 
Sent another tweet, no response. Has anyone been refunded or should I chalk this up as a sunk cost?
 
Freezes Stopped for me by Uninstalling forecast.

But I got 2 ozher issues:

- Phone unlocks by replying from lockscreen when Action menue is disabled for Messages+

- Sb often Crashes After Message reply from lockscreen.(Action menue is disabled)
 
I have ISX and 3 other NC widgets, including Forecast, and have not had this happen once.

What other tweaks do you have?
 
Intelliborn team really sucks when it comes to support. They have automated responses and the developer only has 1 minute with them talking over some changes and stuff. Hilarious. And if you compare it to the Mailbox App's support - then it's even more hilarious. Mailbox is free and intelliscreenX costs bloody 10 dollars.
 
Yes the Support sucks Hard. U Pay 10 Dollar for getting ZERO help...

I often mentioned the folliwing issue on Twitter and Email, but only Standart-reply or no reply...

Can someone of you reproduce and confirm following Bug? :

Open messages from lockscreen with Messages+ (action menue disabled) causes unlock. After sending the reply-Message, springboard Crashes.

When Action menue is enabled, no probelms at all.
 
I run version 2.1.4-1

Also run Calendar Pro, Kamera, Music Controls Plus 6, and weeflashlight.

Absolutely 0 crashes.

They just pushed an update to ISX. See if that helps

I can confirm that Intelliscreen X (currently 6.01.07) and Forecast (currently 2.1.5-1) seem to have a conflict

If I use Intelliscreen X without Forecast, it never crashes. Once I install Forecast, it crashes very often.

It's really unfortunate, I prefer Intelliscreen X & Forecast to LockInfo .. but I can't deal with all of this crashing

I don't mind Intelliscreen X's default Weather widget, but I prefer Forecast's version with the larger clock displayed in the same widget

Unfortunately, I think part of the problem is going to be the guy who created the Forecast tweak is also the author of LockInfo, so I'm not sure he really has a whole lot of incentive to make sure Forecast doesn't conflict with Intelliscreen X since it is a competing product .. and vice versa


I prefer Intelliscreen X's implementation of the "drawer" you have to pull down from the top of the screen to get to the various shortcuts (wifi, bluetooth, airplane mode, etc) .. If I could emulate that via NCSettings and LockInfo, I'd really have no reason to stay with Intelliscreen X

Or if I could find a different weather tweak for the lockscreen/notification center that included a large font time/clock, I'd use that instead of Forecast

For now, I'm stuck not being happy either way I choose to go
 
Forecast

I just installed Forecast& am having the same problem. Guess I will uninstall it. Just wish IntelliscreenX gave us the same options as Forecast. :(
 
I love intelliscreenx, but regretfully had to uninstall it from my iphone 5, due to getting stuck in safe mode! I do still have forecast though. I really want to reinstall intelliscreenx but I'm afraid to, the safe-mode issue was bad, as none of my tweaks were showing as installed in Cydia but were still there. I ended up replacing my phone! With no jailbreak in near sight as a result of 6.1.3, ISX just isn't worth it! These threads are proof, I SAY JUST GET RID OF IT!!!
