I have the action menus turned off for my texting so that when I tap on a text from notification center it just goes straight to quick reply. Well I noticed today that if I do this from the lock screen it unlocks my phone then goes to quick reply. If I turn on the action menus and hit reply it does not act this way. Is this a bug?
