hi everyone!

here we go.. i'm looking to create a dvd, mainly for use on a computer rather than a dvd player/tv. the dvd contains an interactive, flash, magazine. which i'd like to embed so when the dvd opens, as any movie would the menu screen starts and you can then click to proceed and read the interactive mag.

i started using dvd studio pro... and then learned it doesn't support swf, because dvd players can't read the format. i was thinking about using adobe encore, but i'm concerned about having the same issues, and changing the swf file to something else would lose the interactive features.

before i buy/borrow/live in the computer labs, does anyone have any feedback on using encore with flash?

my next idea would be to create a flash document of the entire menu/etc system and then use an authoring program to automatically open the flash file...? not sure if that would work? i'm running out of good knowledgeable people to ask!!

any input, ideas, advice, anyyyything! would be very much appreciated.

thankssss :)
