Hey,I think your question is the best after ios 7 is released.Everywhere i only see ios7 issues and all that.

I thought it would be included with the final release but they didnt and no 7xx versions dont often introduce anything but bug fixes,but lets hope Apple chooses a different way this time!

If I remember corectly the wiggling icons came in a .1 update?

That was back then but with 6xx not much we got to see and they have already done a lot with beta versions of ios 7 so my answer would
