Interested in a homemade GoFlex Satellite Mobile

Does anyone know if its possible to do this with the hard drive i currently own. It doesnt have a battery but i have an adaptor for power outlet in a car. Mine also has usb connection but idk if theres an adaptor i can use for that.

I think trying to make a non wireless external HDD into a wireless one would be more difficult and maybe even costly.

Sell/return the one you have and save up for the wireless one.
