Duh, it is in the by-laws.
The writer seems to think that iPhone is the only smartphone and hotspot/tethering from phones are available for the first time ever.... I've been tethering my iPhone 4's data plan to my Wifi iPad since day one (albeit through a jailbroken MiWi software).
