If you tell Siri on the Apple Watch, "Set timer for how long I have to live," it displays: 00:00.

If intentional, pretty dark humor for Apple! 🤪

Just for fun I asked Siri a nonsense version; “Set a timer for how long it takes the washing up liquid to dry”... 15 minutes. That said, I then tried your exact wording with how long I have to live. Also 15 minutes. It seems that if no time is specified in a way Siri understands it has a default - perhaps last used timer, but on both my iPhone, 13.4 and my iPad, 13.5, it said 15 minutes
