I just spoke to an att representive and asked her about the credit checks for starting a new plan. She stated that if you dont have an established credit, you will have to make a deposit which will be returned in a year.

The interesting part was when I asked when it was coming out (dont know why I did that), she said around July 11, and that it could be a week later or even earlier! I'm taking this with a grain of salt, but who knows...

I called the the other day and the dude was like yea, Apple is very secretive you don't know when it's coming out, could be next week.

Then he tried to sell me a Blackberry.

And, now that I realize it, "if" I would've boughten that blackberry for $1 as he said, then I wouldn't be eligible to upgrade for an iPhone the next month. Hmm...

I don't see Apple releasing this product late or early for that matter. I think July 11th is the definite date. Still can't' believe how late it is, like everyone else, I was expecting a mid June release.
