So, I exchanged the base model 16" MBP I picked up from Best Buy in mid December for the $2799 base model configuration offering at Best Buy, because I could price match it down to $2500 USD, and so yeah that was a deal. Anyways, my last 16" MBP came with a power brick that held very loosely to the outlet it was plugged into. It actually prompted me to buy that $20 extension cable accessory. Anyways, the $2799 16" MBP model I picked up yesterday has a charger that fits very snugly into the outlet and won't just fall out at random like the old one did. Anyone else notice their power brick being more snug, or did you notice yours was very loose as my old one was?

I just price matched 2549.... where did you see 2500, if I can ask?

You have to use your own best judgment, but some people who have the issue with the charger falling out fix it by spreading or narrowing the prongs. I've had some that were loose, but not enough that I tried that myself.
