Interesting JB Question

Hi, I have a iPhone 4 running on 4.3 and a iPhone running on 4.1. I want to jailbreak my iphone4(4.3) but there arent any untether one that's out yet. I am wondering if I can use the ssh on the iphone(4.1) to jailbreak my iphone (4.3).... It's a bit confusing and I am no phone geek.

Any method or leak of wisdom will help, thanks in advance!!

PS: Dont care about BB because it's factory unlocked.
