My setup:
iPhone X with iOS12: two keyboards installed on the phone. Croatian (Apple) and Gboard (English, which I use for swipe typing, all the time. Yes, I actually uninstalled the Apple English keyboard.)
Siri language is set to English US on the phone (verified).
Watch Series 4 paired to this phone.
Problem: if I press the little microphone to send a message using voice on the watch, the voice expects Croatian input (and correctly recognizes it etc.). Two "buttons" in top left and right corners become Croatian.
If I add an Apple keyboard in English US to the phone as an additional keyboard - everything goes to normal. If I then uninstall the English keyboard, the voice UI goes back to Croatian.
How odd is that? :|
