Interesting problem with my iPhone 4/iMovie

So I was playing with iMovie during my boat ride to Catalina. I understand therre are problems with exporting files with a lot of pictures, but i decided to do it anyway. When I exported though, I didn't get a force close or anything like that, but my phone just froze.

I have tried to force restart it, and just about everything else I can think of to get it to change anything on the screen (including time/power) but it has been stuck at the same screen for 7+ hours. I am hoping that when the battery dies it will reset. Does anyone have any suggestions? My phone is unresponsive in any way with the screen on.

Did you try connecting to itunes?

I wish I could. I was doing an experiment where I would only bring the iPad and the iPhone. So far.... Fail. Lol
