Interesting RAM Problem

Hey Guys,

I recently upgraded my Macbook 6,1 to 8GB ram. The other day while VMWare was open and all of a sudden I got the Kernel Panic telling me to shut down my system.

I ram Memtest86 4.2 and it immediately found multiple errors. However, these errors old showed up when both the memory sticks were in, when I testes one at a time, no errors showed up.

Any thoughts?
