If you read further they state Data Plans on LTE will run $59.99 also there are noted: VZ has no plans for an iPhone in either 2010 or 2011.

Quick clarification: The $60 pricing is for cards, but not necessarily for smartphones. That pricing is pretty much in line with current, similar deals. Expect that data plans on smartphones won't run that high per month.

Though I'd guess that $60 is unlimited data for the cards, and probably $35ish for capped data on smartphones. Just a hunch though.

They are just guessing like everyone else. Apple hasn't even confirmed yet that Verizon will be getting the iPhone in 2011.

Where does it say they have no plans for an iPhone? Not actually having plans for plans for an iPhone, and not mentioning existing plans about an iPhone in leaked info are 2 very different things.

We simply won't know either way whether Verizon will get the iPhone until it actually happens.

Until then though, no one should count on Verizon getting it.

I personally think we will not know anyway until the day it is announced either way, because VZ and Apple are not going to say anything.

If VZ made that announcement, their Droid sales would tumble and if Apple made this announcement, their sales would lagg bc a lot of ppl wouldn't switch to AT&T and would wait so I do not think we will know until it is announced, or it maybe never will be.
