I think this is a Safari issue, not in the OS.
I've tried many of the suggestions on the web, and learned something yesterday.
Logitech M585 mouse, direct BT connection, Logitech Options SW installed.
MacBook Air M1 8/256, up to date OS 13
Scrolling works "correctly", no acceleration, if the application (only sure with Safari) is active. If another program is started, say messages, and whether active on the screen or closed and Safari is not clicked on (making it active), scrolling of the "semi-active" Safari works but acceleration occurs.
I'd like to be able to turn acceleration off for scrolling ALWAYS, but haven't found a way. I'll note for completeness that mouse movement is not accelerated. I wouldn't mind a little bit there.
