Apple Watch keeps presenting me with new use cases that I hadn't really thought of.

I'm a music fanatic, and I have been messing around with loading some music on my Apple Watch to see what it can actually do. I've also been trying out all the options with the Remote app as well as the Music app.

The best use case I have come up with is our bluetooth speaker that we take out on the patio with us when we're grilling, having a fire in the fire pit, or having a family gathering. I turn on the speaker, it connects to my phone automatically, and then I can call up the Music app on my Watch to control what plays through the speaker via the iPhone. This allows me to keep my phone inside the house out of harm's way but still use it for music from my Watch. (In a pinch, I could do the same with any music loaded on the Watch itself by doing a force touch in the Music app and changing the source to Apple Watch.)

I'm also having good luck with using it as a remote for our Apple TV, but I have not come up with a useful way to remote control iTunes on the Mac. There are times when I'm sitting at my desk working and want to hear my iTunes library through the speakers. I am forced to work on a PC for work, so I have the Mac and the PC hooked up to DVI switch boxes to easily switch back and forth. Usually I just stay working on the PC, but use my iPhone to remote control what plays through the speakers through iTunes. Just using the Watch, there is not a good way to do that. Even if I connect to the iTunes Library through Remote, all I can really do it pause and play. Anyone have any luck with this?
